Fit Guide
If you are a lover of vintage clothing then you know sizing, like age, is only a number. All of our garments are laid flat and measured by hand to provide the most accurate size.
Length: Top of shoulder to hem
Bust: Armpit seam to armpit seam then doubled
Waist: Across natural waist seam then doubled
Hips: 7" down from natural waist seam, measured across then doubled
Skirts: Waist to hem
If you are taking your own measurements, it’s always best to take them with your foundation garments on to allow a little extra “ease”. Another helpful tip for waist measurements is to take the measurement while seated as it adds necessary room for comfort. Remember, it's always easier to take a garment in than to let it out, so best to go with a little extra room.
If you are unable to take your own measurements, pull a garment from your own closet that has the perfect fit, lay it on a flat surface and measure it.
See our diagram for where to wrap that tape!
